Kids will be faced with many adjustments and challenges this school year. Sadly, schools are not offering recess or gym classes. This poses a major problem for all students. This is a great way to get a sweat and be a better version of yourself.
What: 30 minute cardio & skill focused boxing, kickboxing, MMA & Jiu-jitsu workout (No prior experience necessary)
Who: Home and Virtual School K-12 students, 5-18 year old
When: Tuesday & Thursday- Age specific classes
